MENTORSHIP
What is a mentor?
Mentorship is to receive help, from one person to another making significant transitions in knowledge, work or thinking.
How could a mentor help you?
Having a mentor can be one of the most powerful developmental relationships a person will ever experience. Mentoring can help anybody, who has a change/development to make in his or her life, whoever or wherever they are.
Mentoring taps a basic instinct most people share – the desire to pass on their learning, to help other people develop and fulfil their potential.

A mentor will help you to:
- Achieve a goal
- Benefit from their experiences
- Develop personally and professionally
- Gain exposure to fresh perspectives
The Elevate Mentorship Scheme
Our scheme is for 6-months and has a clear roadmap, guidance and support for all participants. We assess suitability for the scheme by way of a survey and a scorecard system.
Further information and dates for the 2021 scheme will be announced shortly. To express an interest, please contact us at mentorme@bihospitality.co.uk
